ABOUT

The ninti story

The ninti story began in 2014 out of practical necessity - in response to the technology world's overwhelming need for leaders who could not only design and bring collaborative strategies to life but also ensure effective execution that generated success which lasted. And who didn't burnout their people and teams.

By then the world of business was well on its way to becoming a fast paced, chaotic environment of high change: all about building relationships and generating collaborative culture.

It was no longer just OK to have a good idea.  Or an idea that worked. Now you had to create a strategy or idea which demonstrated benefit, took everyone with you, and continued to bring success resiliently over time.

Up for the challenge, the founder of ninti embraced this demanding landscape and, in response, developed a different approach to strategy design and execution with one goal in mind: to empower their clients to thrive in this harsh new world.

When ninti's clients quickly began to demonstrate success, this new way of designing and executing strategy was taken on by those around them. Gradually spreading, by word of mouth, to become what is now known as The SA-IL Approach (TSA).

This eventually became an underground community of leaders and change agents that quietly spent 5 years experimenting and sharing The SA-IL Approach to successfully overcome challenging scenarios. This evolved, over time, into a dynamic support network that continues to this day.

Now ninti is dedicated to making this new way of approaching strategy design and execution available to everyone.  Offering a wide range of workshops, one-off sessions, consulting support, leadership 121 programs, change agent training and team delivery effectiveness coaching to whoever needs it.
